Asbestos Surveys and Inspections

Advanced Air Analysis helps building owners and managers meet their regulatory requirements to test suspect materials for asbestos prior to renovation or construction activities. Asbestos inspection surveys are conducted by our trained and licensed asbestos inspectors. They follow the latest laws and regulations from OSHA, EPA and AHERA. Following the asbestos survey, Advanced Air Analysis provides a comprehensive report of findings that includes the locations, sample results, quantities, abatement tables, designs and room-by-room tables.

Asbestos Abatement Project Monitoring

Advanced Air Analysis coordinates and manages all aspects of asbestos abatement projects. Before abatement work begins, AAA personnel ensure that the containment and decontamination facilities are properly constructed. During the project, AAA consultants perform daily air monitoring inside and outside the containment and observes the contractor’s activities to ensure the work is properly performed. Once abatement is completed and before the containment is removed, the AAA consultants perform a visual inspection and final clearance air monitoring of the work area to ensure the area is safe for re-occupancy.

Accredited Advanced Air Analysis Industrial Hygienists

All Advanced Air Analysis consultants are certified and have completed NIOSH 582 Class “Analysis of airborne asbestos dust samples.” They also participate in the Asbestos Analyst Registry (AAR) quality-control program as well as in the Industrial Hygiene Proficiency Analytical Testing (IHPAT) program established by American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), to perform inspection, air sampling and on-site PCM analysis.
